Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on ENIGMA.IST (the “Platform”), operated by IAIC AI RESEARCH & TRADING - FZCO (Reg# 79489, TRN 105405840700001, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE). All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record.

1. 14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, for any reason. No justification is required. Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel any subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing billing@enigma.ist. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Within the 14-day window described in Section 1, you may also request a full refund of your most recent subscription charge.

3. How to request a refund

Send an email to billing@enigma.ist with:

• The email address used for the purchase;
• The order number or invoice number from your Paddle receipt.

You may also contact Paddle directly via paddle.net to view your order history and request refunds.

4. Processing time

Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days. The refund is returned to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Funds may take a further 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the purchase.

5. Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at billing@enigma.ist. We resolve most billing issues within 48 hours and will issue a refund where appropriate, in line with this policy.
